Perhaps more than 90% of all major media exposure on the Buteyko Method has been around its incontravertible and dramatic results with asthma.
We initially promoted the method for asthma because the results are fast - we hoped that it would prove the authenticity of the method - that it would cause the medical world to appreciate the rationale. But this has not happened. Instead the Buteyko Method has become known as an asthma treatment, when asthma is only one of several hundred probelms that it can reverse.
